This is a 3.3 kW AC/AC converter which can be used in different applications such as driving IPT pads, ultrasonic transducers, etc. There are 3 stages of power conversion in this converter: 1- AC/DC an interleaved boost PFC converter, DC/DC buck converter to control the power, a variable frequency DC/AC. The last stage has the auto-tuning capability to reduce the VA rating of the converter and make the switches operate under ZVS condition.
